DATE:**********. I have a HP ENVY X *** - cp****sa S*N:*CG*****QF. Product Number: *RE**EA*ABU. After closing any window's program & shutting down the laptop the power on*off button remains on the only way to switch the power off is to physically hold the power button in. This is stopping the laptop from running the trouble-shooter as it should do. I spent some considerable amount of time on this problem all to no avail. I still have time on my extended warrantee which I took out when I purchased the laptop CAN THIS BE FIXED . Thank-you. best regards dj
