My HP OfficeJet **** does not clear the print queue after printing a document. This freezes the printer and won't allow me to print another document. I reboot both printer and computer, yet the document is still in the print queue, listed as "printing." It has also printed the document two more times so far. Oops! It just printed a fourth copy. This wastes my time, ink and paper. What is the solution?
