I recently bought an HP [redacted] all-in-one printer but I'm having trouble installing it on my computer. Despite disconnecting my previous HP [redacted] printer, it still shows as the current printer. I managed to set up my Envy [redacted] manually for direct printing. When I visited 123HP.com, I tried to install the new printer, but I'm unable to download it, and my serial number isn't being recognized. Is there anyone who can assist me with this issue? It would be great if someone could reach out to me for further guidance.

Buonasera, Mi chiamo Bruschi Francesco e risiedo a Belluno. Grazie e cordiali saluti.

My parents purchased the same computer as me a day later. After setting it up, they encountered an issue when trying to create a Microsoft account with their email. Surprisingly, it displayed my name and details on their account instead. We speculated it might be due to me using their email as a recovery option or a system error. As a student, it's crucial we resolve this to have all our computers functioning correctly. We discovered an old phone number linked to my Microsoft account that we couldn't use to receive a security code. This hindered us from updating my parent's details. Despite trying to change the number, we were informed we had to wait for 30 days before making alterations. We're stuck and seeking assistance to rectify this situation promptly.

I am trying to set up my HP Wireless G USB Print Server, model 2101nW on Windows 10, but the software on the CD isn't compatible. I am looking for a legitimate Win 10 driver from HP or maybe a Vista driver that could work. The installation stalls with the "next" button grayed out and the "!" light blinking on the server. Windows recognizes the server at the USB port as it gives the acceptance beep. I haven't found useful information on the web or HP support community site. I tried to post a question but couldn't due to being new. I really need help with this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My HP Pavilion was working perfectly until there was an accident with water spilling over the keyboard. Surprisingly, the computer seemed fine immediately after. However, the following day, it refused to turn on. The screen remains black, no sounds are heard, and although the power button briefly lights up, it promptly goes off. I attempted to troubleshoot by holding down the power button, but it yielded no results. I also tried the combination of Windows+B+Power button without success. Removing and reinserting the battery was another attempt, but it didn't make any difference.

I recently purchased a DeskJet [redacted]. Unfortunately, it arrived without any setup instructions. I'm encountering an issue where it shows as connected to the network but without internet access. I urgently need to use this printer to finish some documents in the next hour. I'm frustrated as I am unable to progress beyond the "No Wi-Fi Setup" error even though I need to email the documents from my phone to the printer. I require immediate assistance and would appreciate speaking to someone who can guide me through setting up the printer. It's disappointing to receive a product with no instructions and missing necessary cords, especially since I am unable to connect my non-Wi-Fi compatible computer to the printer. I've tried reaching out for support through various channels without success. I'm in dire need of help to resolve this issue promptly.

I am currently experiencing an audio jack issue with my HP laptop (HP Notebook-15t-da000 CTO) bearing Product No: 3FR23AV and Serial No: CND9220GNC. The laptop was purchased in the USA in June [redacted]. Recently, I have been unable to insert headphones/earphones into the audio port due to an obstruction. Despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in removing the blockage. Upon contacting the local HP Service Center in Pondicherry, India, I was advised to reach out to HP Customer Care for assistance. I kindly request for a service technician to be sent promptly to address the audio problem with my laptop, as it is still under warranty. Thank you, G. Santhanam

I am experiencing issues with my HP Z27 4K UHD monitor when trying to connect it to my Apple computer. The monitor does not consistently turn on and often displays messages like "can't connect" before going blank. Sometimes, without intervention, it corrects itself and functions properly. Occasionally, the monitor fails to turn on at all until I unplug and plug it back into the same wall outlet. I initially suspected the connection cords, but wiggling them does not always resolve the problem. Changing the connecting port on my computer sometimes helps, but not consistently. I am unsure if the computer itself is at fault. Although I had previously considered the cord connecting the computer and monitor to be the issue, a recent incident has left me uncertain. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my HP All-in-One computer monitor. The serial number is 8CC73512NF, and the product number is Z5NO5AA. It suddenly crashed, wiping out all connected data. Although my warranty has expired, I'm questioning why this monitor isn't on a recall list if this is a known problem. I purchased it as a gift for family members, and they faced the same issue. Turning off the computer led to it never turning back on. While they were covered by warranty, I'm puzzled by the lack of information on recalls on your website. As a long-time customer, this situation is disappointing. This monitor didn't even last two years, causing a significant loss for me as a graduate student with [redacted] pages of research affected. After having three technicians examine it, the device is irreparable. The financial burden of repairs without warranty is distressing. The data loss also damaged my backups and accessories.

I have a 3 1/2-year-old HP Envy laptop that has been minimally used. Recently, when I tried to turn it on, there was no power or lights. I attempted different power cords and a new battery, but it did not resolve the issue. After consulting a local repair shop, I was advised to send it back to HP. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods like removing the battery and holding down the power button, the problem persists. With only around 30 hours of use, I am disappointed as this laptop was not inexpensive. I am searching for an official HP repair center where I can send my laptop for assessment and repair, as it is suspected to have issues with either the power supply or the motherboard. The repair shop mentioned that repairing the motherboard could be costly, while fixing the power supply might be more affordable.

Several months ago, I reached out to customer support to request the download link for the McAfee Livesafe I purchased. Despite my previous chat session with Emily Arellano mentioning the issue, I have yet to receive a solution. Here is an excerpt from the chat with the session ID [redacted]: "Please help. On your Customer PO H[redacted]75 dated 8/5/19, I ordered McAfee LiveSafe for one year Service. I also had a 90 day McAfee included with the laptop I activated the 90 coverage but never the 1 year plan for which I paid. I cannot find the link to activate that 1 year service. Can you help me/ Thank you/Emily Arellano Please send the link that will allow me to download the 1 year McAfee Livesafe that was to be included with my purchase of my laptop. Thank you."

I purchased an HP laptop a few months ago and have been experiencing glitches and issues. I am unable to find the key code needed for free virus protection and keep getting virus pop-ups. Additionally, I am missing the key code for the three-year Microsoft Office subscription that was supposed to come with the laptop. When I downloaded the virus protection, it caused more problems and is asking for a key code. I also bought an HP printer, but I am unable to connect it to Wi-Fi, despite following all instructions and contacting support. The printer's glass even broke without me being able to use it. I still have the receipt and would like a refund or replacement. My name is Alisha C. and you can reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] I appreciate your attention to this matter as it's affecting my ability to work and support my five children. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a computer care package for two years. Due to being sick and in quarantine from April 5 to around May 5, I had some unexpected issues with the device. While using it on the ninth, I got dizzy and accidentally dropped it, leading to a crack that worsened over time. I tried to contact HP support but kept getting redirected to the diagnostic tool, not allowing me to speak to a representative. Despite my warranty expiring, there seems to be an overlap in the dates as the care package should have been in effect before the general warranty expired. I urgently need the touchscreen repaired as it's not working. As the computer belongs to my daughter and I am facing eviction, I am in a financial bind. I hope HP can assist me with resolving this issue promptly.

I have spent a lot of time on this issue. Please contact me at [redacted]. The computer keeps signing me out, forcing me to start over repeatedly. I believe the company can help me, but I need to provide my address, get a plan, and receive stickers to ship it. Unfortunately, I'm unable to use the warranty due to difficulties contacting anyone. The incident occurred on May 9, and I've been in quarantine since then under doctors' orders. I'm experiencing weakness, dizziness, and pains in my arms, hands, elbows, and legs, which are not improving. Due to my physical limitations while typing, I keep making mistakes. I haven't been able to discuss the warranty expiration on May 23, [redacted], as I need an exception due to Covid. My warranty is set to expire on June 28. I urgently need assistance in getting a shipping box and label to have the computer repaired promptly.

Two years ago, I received an email informing me that my printer was no longer eligible for the instant ink program. I stopped getting ink and checked my credit card for charges, but I found nothing and assumed everything was fine. However, last month I was notified that my credit card was expiring and needed updating. It turns out I had checked the wrong card, and I have been charged over $[redacted] monthly but received no ink or services from HP. I promptly cancelled my account. This morning, I received another email about my expired card and the need to collect for the last month's service. I called the [redacted] number and spoke to Alexander, who said he would transfer me to the billing department. It has been 30 minutes, and I am still on hold. I hope he truly transferred me and not put me on eternal hold due to my frustration. I am looking for clear communication and helpful resolution to this issue.

After a friend helped me upgrade from Windows 7 to 10, I found out they installed remote spyware without my knowledge. Now, I am unable to access important files or install software as I am no longer the Administrator on my HP PC. Even though my control panel only shows me as the user, there are numerous unknown users in the properties of my drivers and files. I discovered additional users in reg edit that I am hesitant to delete. I am desperate for a solution to remove this spyware without reverting back to Windows 7 through a factory reset. If anyone has an easy way to get rid of this issue and restore my Admin access, I would greatly appreciate your help.

My monitor broke, and my brother-in-law, knowing I have limited mobility, bought me a new one from HP. Unfortunately, the replacement has an orange tint, making it hard to use. HP asked him to return it so they could send a new one, leaving me without a computer for two weeks, which is unacceptable. I proposed to send me the new monitor first, and I would return the defective one in the same box. I mentioned this situation to a friend at Channel Ten news, and they might consider investigating how HP sells faulty products and fails to honor warranties. It's concerning to think others might face the same issue.

I bought a twin-pack of #61 Black ink cartridges from Walmart in Livonia, MI on July 7, [redacted] for $38.88. Both ink cartridge packages were opened, and when I tried to install them, my printer displayed a message saying they are "counterfeit or used." I returned to Walmart for a refund but was advised to contact HP. I called HP, but the representative was unhelpful and suggested buying a new cartridge or printer, although my printer is working fine. The cartridges I purchased are #61XL, not #61 as indicated on the box. I am seeking a refund of $38.88 plus tax or replacement cartridges. Your prompt assistance is appreciated.

I recently performed a factory reset on my HP laptop in the hopes of optimizing it for playing Super Smash Brothers Melee online using the Dolphin application. I am experiencing severe lag due to the FPS being stuck between 30-35 instead of the desired 60. I have tried adjusting the performance settings for the app and the laptop's power settings to no avail. It has been suggested that turning off "VSync" may help, but I am unable to locate the necessary settings such as Global Settings, Application Settings, or Manage 3-D settings. I am using an ADM Radeon processor and would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your help!
