I need y’all to do what you normally do I need the box shipped to my home address I will bring it to UPS I need the shipment paid for and the labels sent to me I have no printer right now and as soon as I get it I will put this computer in the box to be shipped back to you the screen needs to be repaired or I’m not sure how you can fill it it’s not really broken broken but it is cracked and spreading so it may need a new replacement one. I always buy HP I have tried Toshiba and I’ve tried and Lenovo and I was a teacher and we use different brands at school and I was not impressed by any of them mostly the customer service at HP when I have a problem I know that they honor their warranty and I am able to go to the website and download extra things for my computer for my printer also by HP for that and I plan to continue to use y’all during this time with everything going on and my own issues I just need you to do what you always do and look out for your customer try to get this back to me as soon as possible because I’m fixing to pay something that I never thought what happen and I have no idea how I’m gonna survive or where I’m going to go but this is the last thing that I need to do for my daughter and I need to do it quick
Yes I have been trying to do chat I have tried to do that app and I have tried to write several messages in chat trying to get the phone number and I really need to speak with the representative and I’m still unable to get a call from him even trying to use that app that I downloaded
