I purchased a **" designjet Z* printer in March **** and it was shipped to my small art printing business in San Miguel de Allende in Mexico...it has never worked properly since I purchased it and your support would never help me and many times hung up on me or left me hanging on the phone...I finally had to get knowledgable techie *here in Mexico to get it working properly...It is again giving me problems with single sheet insertion which keeps spitting out...when I call your support they tell me my warranty is not *valid anymore because it is calculated from when the printer was made instead of when I bought it?? I have my invoice with the March **** date...I want you to set up a great Z* support person to finally give me guidance or else *I want the name and contacts of the HP executive who is in charge of the printer division...Jod Lourie
