The company advertised a 10-hour battery life, but I am only getting 2 and a half hours, far from the expected 6 to 7-hour performance. I have tried contacting the company's toll-free number multiple times without success. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this battery issue promptly or receiving a refund from the dealer. Hello, I'm seeking assistance with my printer. It has been functioning well for a few months until recently when it indicated low ink levels and prompted me to contact HP. Subject: Issues with 12C Calculator I bought a 12C calculator on Amazon about 6 months ago. Unfortunately, it is not functioning correctly. When I input numbers, it provides incorrect solutions. Specifically, it seems to have errors with the division, multiplication, addition, and subtraction keys. Results that should be 3 or 4 digits long are showing as 6 digits instead. I have been using a 12C calculator for 20 years, which operates flawlessly. The older model has three round batteries while the new one uses a lithium one. I am curious if there is a way to repair the calculator. If possible, I would like recommendations for repair services in Scottsdale, AZ.

I own an HP 8500A printer. It prints only when I initiate through my PC; the copying feature isn't functioning. I purchased HP color cartridges from Curry's Shop in Inverness in [redacted]. After just two days, a message indicated the cartridges were out of date, halting printing. Despite spending £99.99, the shop refuses a refund, blaming the printer. My printer warranty has expired. I recently received an HP laptop back from repair due to a damaged screen from a drop. The replaced parts were the "BASE ENCLOSURE RATCHET" and "RAW PANEL." The Case ID is [redacted], CSO Number: BPBK6010-01, Serial Number: 5CD8478XKR. However, upon inspection, the laptop does not recognize the mouse. Our IT team tested it and found that the mouse works on other computers but not on ours. They suspect the USB ports are not functional due to a possible connection issue. I'm unsure how to proceed. My mom's HP Pavilion hard disk has failed, and now her Windows OS won't boot up. I've attempted to fix the BIOS and reinstall Windows using a USB drive, but the hard drive seems to be corrupted. It was functioning properly until just two days ago. I am struggling to locate a phone number to reach HP tech support for the assistance we require. HP should make their contact number more easily accessible instead of making customers jump through hoops to find it. Are there alternative solutions to repair or replace the hard drive, or will we need to purchase a new laptop?

I am struggling with vision and hearing issues, making it hard to set up my new computer with Cortana and tiny fonts. Despite my efforts, I couldn't figure it out. When I contacted HP for assistance, the first representative was unhelpful and demanded $49.50 to reset the brand-new computer. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was again asked to pay $49.50 for a reset, which I found unreasonable for a freshly unboxed device. The manager provided no useful help and claimed there was no higher authority to escalate the matter to. Frustrated, I intend to report this poor service experience to the Massachusetts Attorney General and ACLU. These HP Envy 17 and HP Envy 15 computers, purchased via Amex, might need to be returned for a refund. I am disappointed by the lack of support for users with disabilities and hope for better sensitivity training in the future.

I bought an HP 17-ca0003na laptop for Christmas, but I'm having trouble with it. No matter how many times I reboot it, I keep getting an error message. The message says: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click 'OK' to restart the computer, then restart the installation."

Hello, I purchased a pre-owned laptop from a CEX store in Dublin, Ireland, at a great price. The issue I am facing is that someone replaced the motherboard without inputting necessary details like the product number, model, SKU number, and serial number. Every time I start the laptop, a black screen with missing information appears. To rectify this, I require a specific SMC.BIN file to unlock the MPM in my BIOS and update the details once the MPM is unlocked. I attempted to seek assistance from HP support, but I do not have an active warranty with HP. How can I obtain the SMC.BIN file? I have the UUID and all the essential information needed for this process. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a new HP Omen 15t DC100 laptop. Unfortunately, I am facing an issue where the Nvidia driver cannot be detected. Despite spending 12 hours trying various solutions such as updating the driver, restoring the computer, updating the BIOS, and more, the problem persists. This situation is frustrating, especially with it being a new device. I am hopeful to receive either a free replacement or immediate repair for this matter.

My son was given a refurbished HP laptop after accidentally damaging his brand new one at college. Unfortunately, the refurbished laptop's keyboard stopped working in early December, just weeks after he received it. He is now home for Christmas break but needs a functional laptop when he returns to school on January 27th. I would like him to have a new HP laptop that is in working condition. Please advise on how we can arrange for a replacement. I believe there should be some form of warranty that covers this situation and that this replacement should not incur any costs.

My HP [redacted] printer, which has printed less than [redacted] pages, began jamming paper. I have cleared all the jams, cleaned the rollers, and removed any dust, but the issue persists. I typically use 20lb Staples printer paper but also tried 80lb photo paper with no success. The jams seem to occur as the paper transitions from vertical to horizontal at the front of the printer.

I purchased a printer from Best Buy well in advance. Despite meeting the system requirements listed on the box for both my Mac and iPhone, I encountered issues installing the driver, receiving a message indicating my devices weren't supported, which conflicts with the stated requirements. Best Buy refused a return due to elapsed time. Despite owning an affordable HP inkjet, my new laser printer with duplex printing and extra cartridge remains unused. As a poet who needs a reliable printer for home publishing, I hoped this purchase would suffice, but I'm consistently informed my devices are incompatible. Could Best Buy consider accepting a return and exchanging it for a model that is compatible with my Mac?

My HP laptop shipment was delayed, and I received an email offering three options, including a $50 refund, which I chose. Despite speaking to multiple representatives in a non-US call center, each promising different time frames for the refund, it has not been processed yet. I ordered the laptop on December 2 with a Christmas delivery commitment that was not met. Unlike Dell, who delivers on promises, HP has disappointed me. I am still waiting for my refund. Printing Issue with HP Instant Ink Subscription I used to be part of HP Instant Ink but canceled my subscription on Nov 27th. Lately, I have been encountering an error message whenever I try to print on my HP OfficeJet [redacted] Printer. I reached out to HP and HP Instant Ink for help, but they were unable to resolve the issue. The only options offered were to replace the printer, get it repaired at a high cost, or re-enroll in Instant Ink. It's frustrating that they can't fix the error code and expect me to bear the inconvenience. HP Instant Ink should find a solution to make this error disappear without such extreme measures.

Hello, I own an HP SSD EX900 M.2 120GB that I bought in May of [redacted]. Recently, it seems to have stopped working properly. I am unable to write to it but can still read from it. I have attempted formatting it and even reinstalling Windows, all without success. The sticker on the device indicates there is a 3-year warranty, so I would like to proceed with filing a warranty claim for this issue.

I'm experiencing an issue with my HP OfficeJet [redacted] printer not printing in color for PDF or Word documents. It still prints colored jpg files and alignment pages in color, but has stopped printing color for text documents. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer using the HP Smart app with the help of an IT expert. Despite ensuring that grayscale and black and white options are unchecked, I'm unable to find specific colored printing settings in the printer properties. An error message pops up when trying to access printer preferences, mentioning a protection error fault. The IT specialist advised me to update the drivers directly from HP, but the problem persists. While pictures are still printing in color, my documents are not. I've updated Windows, restarted my computer, and have not made any changes to my settings.

I recently bought my fourth new HP printer a couple of weeks ago, but it's not working. In the past 24 hours, customer support has given me inaccurate information four times. I was promised a call back today that never happened, as well as a printer to be expedited shipped, which did not occur. Supervisor Nate, employee #[redacted], mentioned no stock available for shipment. The representative claimed I declined a replacement, which I did not. I am frustrated with the blatant falsehoods and lack of resolution for my defective printer. When I asked about a replacement, I was informed they were out of stock and in manufacturing, with no timeline provided. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Despite a supposed manager call back today, no one reached out. I am left uncertain about when Nate or anyone else will contact me.

I bought an HP ENVY [redacted] All-in-One printer which came with Black and Colour ink cartridges. After using them, I enrolled in HP Instant Ink for [redacted] pages a month at £7.95. When I installed the new Instant Ink cartridges, I couldn't print due to an error message saying the cartridge can't be used until the printer is enrolled, despite already enrolling. I tried calling HP customer service multiple times but couldn't get through, except once when they promised a callback that didn't happen. As a researcher for a UK newspaper, I am disappointed with the service. I prefer a call from a director or line manager at [redacted]7. Thank you, Mike O'Leary

Our HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw is not functioning properly. When attempting to print in black and white or color, the printer prompts to load tray 1, then prints the first page normally, followed by a faded second page. Subsequently, it displays an "unexpected paper size" error asking to load Oficio in tray 2. Despite purchasing a magenta cartridge as suggested, the issue persists. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter and request a refund for the unnecessary magenta cartridges purchased.
