I purchased an HP Notebook 15 in March, and unfortunately, it has not functioned properly from the start. The issues have persisted and worsened over time. Initially, it had uncontrollable scrolling, progressed to crashing with specific programs, brief visual distortions, audio problems after extended usage, and difficulties reading discs. Pre-installed programs also stopped functioning a few months after purchase. Despite multiple repair efforts, my repair service has indicated they are unable to resolve the problems any further. Due to the ongoing frustrations, I am seeking assistance to return the computer.

I am trying to change my billing due date, and I am struggling to understand why this simple request is so challenging for a large company like this. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, yet I face the same issue every month. The frustration is starting to make me question if it's worth it to continue. I receive my income once a month from social security disability, and it would be greatly appreciated if I could set my bill due date to the 3rd of each month.

A few days ago, I contacted support regarding an issue with my printer. The technician, Dana, was incredibly helpful. After troubleshooting, Dana determined the printer couldn't be fixed and as it was under warranty, I was eligible for a replacement. I received order number BPB24864-01, but when attempting to track it, I'm informed there's no record. I'm unsure of the status of my replacement. I was expecting an email confirmation of the order, which I haven't received yet. Thank you. - Margaret L.

My HP Photosmart C3140 All-in-One printer keeps printing blank pages. I tried flipping the paper to print the missing even pages, but it's still blank. The black cartridge is "Ready," but the color is "Low on ink." Despite attempting to print in greyscale, the issue persists with blank sheets coming out.

I started using a new Officejet Pro [redacted] printer on 11/4/19. There seems to be a significant issue with it recognizing the Cyan ink cartridge. I've contacted HP regarding this problem and received a replacement cartridge, which only lasted about 20 pages. Even after going through the printhead pull and replace procedure with their assistance, the issue persists. I'm not very knowledgeable about computers, and this setback is causing delays in my work.

I keep receiving notifications from your website stating that the warranty on my new Hewlett Packard Envy Printer, Model No. [redacted], is not valid. I have completed several online forms as instructed, expecting to receive an email with the necessary paperwork confirming my warranty coverage. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any email communication from your end. Just to provide some background, I purchased this printer on November 23, [redacted]. It is perplexing why your system continues to show that my warranty is invalid. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I am attempting to factory reset and wipe my laptop. It was recently given to me by a friend, and I want to start anew. Even after deleting most things, the laptop is indicating insufficient space. It seems there is an update to install, yet there isn't enough room. Current storage details are as follows: - Total: 29.1 GB - Used: 24.75 GB - System & Reserved: 16.9 GB - Apps & Games: 2.69 GB - One Drive: [redacted] KB - Other People: 8.66 MB - Temporary Files: 3.81 GB - Other: 1.96 GB I am unsure what else to do or delete to free up space and proceed with the reset.

I am experiencing difficulties with printing using black ink on my HP Photosmart [redacted] printer. I have already replaced the cartridge, cleaned the print head, and realigned it. Despite these efforts, the printing quality deteriorated to the point where there is no output at all. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue by restarting the printer, but it did not resolve the problem. Surprisingly, the color printing function appears to be working fine. I am uncertain about the age of this printer and uncertain whether this issue is a simple fix or if it is time to invest in a new printer.

I need help fixing our computer for the 5th time. I'm in Colorado, and my wife is in Seattle with the printer. Yesterday, she tried to print something, and instead of one copy, it printed 30 copies, causing it to shut down. We are unsure why this happened or what caused it. This situation is very confusing, and we just want our printer to work properly again so we can use it.

My business partner and I sought assistance from one of your agents at their office for our [redacted] corporate and personal tax returns. Unfortunately, we have recently been penalized by the IRS for both our business and personal taxes due to late filing. We provided all necessary information to the agent in advance, but we have not received any follow-up communication despite multiple requests. The only response we got was a letter mentioning that the agent forwarded our case to corporate. We are concerned about the fines and would like to understand how to address this issue since we believe we adhered to all requirements.

Order #H[redacted]42 - Is there any way to speed up the shipment for this order? I made the purchase because the shipping and delivery dates were suitable for me to receive it before I leave on the 20th. However, I got an email yesterday, after waiting nearly 2 weeks for it to ship, saying there will be another week of delay. This won't work with my upcoming trip, so I'll have to buy another laptop for work in the meantime. I'm requesting the order to arrive by the initial date or some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience.

I recently purchased an HP Deskjet [redacted] wireless printer from Walmart. After setting it up on my Satellite laptop and Moto Z2 Play cellphone, I downloaded additional software like the HP print plugin and HP Smart. During setup, I selected greyscale printing as I thought I'd only need it for documents. However, now all my prints, even color photos, are coming out in black and white. I can't seem to change the default setting back to color, and my attempts through the network have affected my ability to print in color offline. HP's support has been challenging to navigate, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I'm considering uninstalling the HP software from my devices, but I'm unsure how to proceed since they're still linked to an HP account. Feeling confused and hoping for a solution.

I bought an HP printer online on 11/15/[redacted], and since receiving it, it hasn't been functioning properly. The printer continuously jams paper, even after buying different paper, and when it does print, the pages come out blank despite purchasing new ink. Although I registered the printer for warranty on 11/20/[redacted], when I tried to file a claim recently, it showed as expired, which is incorrect as I am within the 30-day window of purchase and should have a 1-year warranty. I've been trying to reach out to HP for two weeks without any response. I simply want the faulty printer either fixed or replaced, and I hope to have a resolution by the end of today. I have proof of purchase dated 11/15/[redacted] and the printer's serial number is CN86R287S0, model F5S21A. Thank you, Missy Marcantel

I have an HP Laptop model 15-g019wm. Whenever I connect the charger, a white light appears followed by a red light shortly after. I attempted to press the power button, but the laptop remained unresponsive. After removing the battery, the laptop partially powered on displaying only a black screen. Reinserting the battery caused the entire laptop to shut down. I am uncertain if the problem lies with the battery, charger, or the laptop itself.

I bought a new printer two days ago. I've called Office Depot Tech Support twice already for the same problems. My documents keep getting stuck in the print queue and not printing, and the printer keeps going offline. They claim to fix the issue each time, but as soon as I end the call, the printer goes offline again and nothing prints. I've never faced this problem setting up a printer before. I need assistance reinstalling the printer, in case I made an error. Regards, A.

I bought an HP Envy on September 3, [redacted], but only started using it recently. Initially, everything was great, but I started experiencing some issues. When I watched videos on full screen, the screen would go dark with the audio playing, and I had to press ESC to get it back to normal. Yesterday, something alarming happened: the screen went dark and the sound started looping, repeating a sentence endlessly. None of the usual fixes worked, so I had to manually shut it down. I've been advised that it might be a driver problem that needs updating. Since the laptop was boxed for over a year, I'm concerned about expired security and a possible virus. Should I renew McAfee or Norton for security? I appreciate any help with this problem; otherwise, I'm very happy with the device! - Charles

I am using an HP 15 TouchSmart laptop running Windows 10 version [redacted]. After my shadow copy files got corrupted, all my attempts to restore the system failed. I tried reinstalling a backup, but couldn't due to the corruption. I used the restore files from the HP rescue set, and initially, everything seemed fine. However, at the end, it failed, giving me a window with options like details, copy log file, and retry. I've retried it multiple times to no avail. Now, I'm unable to boot the machine to try using my Windows ISO disc. I need assistance in getting the laptop back to a boot mode so I can proceed with the Windows ISO disc or even start afresh with your rescue discs.

My name is Carol M. I purchased a laptop from Staples store #[redacted] in Cincinnati, OH on May 11th of this year. The laptop had slow start-up and loading times, which I initially attributed to my rural Wi-Fi. Despite trying it in different locations, the laptop continued to be sluggish. After having it checked by the technician David at Staples on 12/16/[redacted], he suggested contacting HP customer service as there were no visible signs of a virus. The laptop model is HP-14CK0065ST-NB, item #[redacted]1. I am looking for guidance on how to proceed with getting it fixed, as this is a replacement laptop after the first one did not work. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my HP Pavilion G6 laptop. I recently bought a WLAN card for it, but upon installation, I keep receiving an error message saying 'The module is not supported.' Despite attempting to update and restore the BIOS, as well as trying to update the drivers (even though HP no longer supports them), I have had no success in resolving the issue. It seems like I have hit a roadblock and would appreciate any advice on how to proceed.

I attempted to get technical support to assist with connecting my new computer to my recently purchased HP Officejet [redacted]. Despite downloading the drivers, I was unable to set up the printer. My initial call got disconnected, and the subsequent one had me waiting on hold for a long time, with significant background noise. The process involved repeating my information multiple times, and ultimately, I was requested to pay for assistance due to being out of warranty. Dealing with HP has been frustrating, from their poorly constructed products to confusing instructions and subpar customer service. I returned to them based on Costco's recommendation, but if it wasn't past the 90-day mark, I would have returned this product.
