The girl said need card, gave her Discover, said no charge if can not Sfix, she try no fix, will send to service department, they said can not fix, Hp stopped making this model, take to private repair. Will charge **.**. I am ** yrs old, spend most of my time in my room, no kids play with my LpTop. As a Korean Vet my walking is not very good. Spend time playing games, getting pictures from grand kids, talk to grandson station in Japan. As for your product to replace two hard drives in less than * years tells me you make cheap products and will tell all my friends, Marines, Facebook, Twitter about your product.
