**** is the code you EMAILED to me because I am an old lady and don't have a smart phone for texting -**A brand new *** black inkjet toner cartridge would not run the alignment page - I tried to return it to Walmart but their policy is that because I opened it - I can't return it
GetHuman-linspect did not yet indicate what HP should do to make this right.

CONTACT HP SUPPORT TEAM - THEY ARE PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, AND SMART AND KNOW HOW DIFFERENT PROBLEMS HAPPEN - BECAUSE THIS TIME WE DID ALL SORTS OF TESTS TO MAKE SURE IT WASN'T MY FAULT - BUT THE PART WAS DEFECTIVE. THE STORE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND - BUT AFTER TALKING TO THE ''TEAM'', LASTLY CARLOS, EVERYTHING WAS CLEARED UP! *THANK YOU FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM.... WHICH HAD NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE
