First of all I have to say that trying to contact HP is a harder job than seeing the Pope, it is appalling!*I have an ongoing problem with my HP envy inkjet printer ****, the problem being the ink will not dry.*I have spoken to a couple of agents who were very helpful but the problem still exists, I enclose text from the last agent including what I had to do and the last email I sent explaining what I did and the fact that it still does not work.
