The issue in GetHuman-ranminie's own words
I bought an HP laptop(**-cf****ca) because I need to use it to write my CPA exams. There is a software(Secureclient) that I downloaded and need to use for the exam and it needs access to Microsoft Word and Excel however there are some issues with it. **CPA Ontario gave me a list of things to check regarding my Office subscription.**When I bought the laptop the store personal said that the laptop comes with Microsoft Office. However it currently says my subscription ends in April and I have to pay to continue to use this. Is this true??**Also when I click on the home*start button in the bottom left corner I can see Microsoft Word, Excel, etc but I can't find an app that says Microsoft Office. Does this mean its been installed correctly?**How can I check whether I have an activated version of office?
GetHuman-ranminie did not yet indicate what HP should do to make this right.
