This has reference to above num we would like to inform you that we have purchased HP LaserJet M**** printer,It has come up with * year manufacturing defect warranty**. Firstly we faced a problem with printer on **.**.** regarding the paper jam. Your one of the engineer came on that day and he ressolved the issue by opening the whole printer. *.Secondly, we got the another issue with printer. The printing on paper was not clearly visible. Your engineer again visited to us for the servicing of the same as on **.**.** He told about the issue that printer's roller has gone damaged And has left saying that he will discuss about the problem with his upper management & he also took the photographs of this.He ensures us that he will come back with an solution.We also checked from our end but there is not fault from our side. Today we received a quotation from M*s..............for the damaged part which need to be replaced. The same ia attched herewith for your reference.* We would like to tell you that as the device has come up with * year manufacturing warranty and also there is no fault was done from our side, we will not agree on to pay the supposed amount.* The damaged part should be replaced from your side only on free of cost.Otherwise, you can take the printer with you And in future we will not give priority to purchase HP printer as welll as will not share advice with anyone to buy it*It was our wrong decision to buy the HP Printer with the poor quality services
