We were just gifted an Envy ** A*** All-in-One (serial *CNW****LQ*) from a friend who hasn't used it since he got it new in ****. The problem is that Windows ** Home is running in some kind of demo mode and when we try to activate it, we see a message in (in red text) that begins "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key..." There is also an error code *x***C*** **How can we properly activate Windows?
