My case no. IsSO-*********. My new printer would not print with black ink. HP support said they thought it was the cartridge and would mail a new one. Because I was preparing our income tax return, I couldn’t wait and purchased a new cartridge. Now I have received the one from HP, and they are asking that I return the defective cartridge. I wasn’t told that I would need to return it so I disposed of it. Do you want me to return the new cartridge?
