Here is the original issue that I contacted HP on prior - Just prior to deploying in September I purchased an HP ENVY *** and had I not deployed right away I would have more than returned it by now. In fact, I'm having to rewrite this email because it is such a craptastic computer. Its WiFi network adapter disconnects or disables multiple times a night, which is frustrating as can be. I had drafted an entire message just prior to this and it completely disappeared because I once again lost my WiFi connection. It is not the connection here - I have no issues with my phone and my room mate has no issues with his laptop. I started having problems within the first day or two but unfortunately, as stated, I deployed immediately. ** Update ** returned from deployment and brought it to the Geek Squad who found nothing. I bought a new modem*router and it still dropped, so Best Buy sent it to HP to fix. Just got it back today and they had "reconnected the WIFI antenna." Well clearly it did not work as within ** minutes of getting home and starting to use it, it once again lost WIFI connection and I had to reset the adapter again and again. Finally gave up and just went and grabbed my old Sony Vaio that has no issues like this. I paid a lot of money for the HP Envy and as much as I like it, I cannot continue to use it as it tries my patience and doesn't allow me to get stuff done. What are my options now?? Just bought it in September* still under warranty* already attempted to have Best Buy and HP tech center fix it, and it is not working... Please advise. Kind regards. Mary Schroeder
