Envy **** printer. I try to print and occasionally I get * job done and then I get a message on my screen*‘Incompatible Cartridges* the indicates cartridges are not intended for use in this printer. ‘ *I am a registered HP renewable instant ink cartridges member. These last ones which I received had ****** which your web site indicates are for Europe* my machine uses ** only. I would like to have the correct cartridges sent to me as I keep getting charged for prints that I can not print due to this problem . In fact I got charged last month and I had my account suspended so I need a credit . This is the *rd time I am emailing customer service re this cartridges problem. Please advise thanks
