I have bought an ENVY **** printer and am currently trying to complete the sign-up via Visit ***.hp.com*setup. I am using a code for a prepaid £** card. However, once I get to the page where it asks for my address to send future cartridges, the page freezes. What can I do?

I had gone to visit***.hp.com*setup but I was told that in order to use a prepaid card (which had been included with the printer when I bought it) that I should go to hpinstantink.co.uk and set up my printer that way. It worked!
