I am Andy Hilgartner. I bought my HP laptop in the past year, model HP **-bs***wm,I'm wheelchair bound and don't know where to find the serial *. At first I used it with an external Microsoft keyboard which failed gradually over a day. I bought an IBM keyboard whose space bar stuck. I see nothing from pressing keys on the laptop keyboard. Both the laptop screen and the external monitor show a keyboard image. Does the laptop keyboard need to be activated somehow to work? I have never made it work.
