Get Human was unable to connect me to HP. I waited *.* hours with now word from either Get Human or HP. I finally called the HP Customer Support number and took care of the issue needing their attention.

return the defective printer ... I received a replacement printer and was instructed to return the defective printer with ** days or potentially be charged the price of the replacement. Due to a problem out of my control, the return printer was going to be late and I wanted to let HP know the printer was in transit and they should not charge me even though it could be late in arriving.
The printer is in transit and I shouldn't be charged for being late as FedEx is responsible for the delay and I could do nothing to fix the shipping issue.
Only to not charge me for returning the defective printer past the fifteen day deadline.
This is my first experience with HP and they have handled my printer issue quickly and professionally.
I successfully called HP myself and got it resolved with no problem. Get Human did nothing but delay my resolution. I do not recommend this service.
