Purchasing this HP Pavillionx*** was exciting. My HP Experian was getting rather old.*From day one I need help.**Finally several month ago a lady from MICROSOFT called me. For over an hour she guided me. Only this ended putting me further confused & totally lost. If I am not part of this problem then can beno solution. I have no knowledge how to create a MICROSOFT password. For each time I feel I am successful, a message appears, "Your settings are out of date.**This is Dr. William Cole. At ** and disabled, I am the retired Chief of oral medicine and surgery at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. *Far from a genius. I am not stupid. Unable to grasp what I am obviously not understanding as regardless of what I do correctly, I am back a my cave.*Part of the problem I believe is COMCAST.*Since it is your computer as is my printer and other persons that I will explain. Kindly have someone who has time to help me. Please. You may reach me at ***-***-**** in Atlanta, Georgia.
