I am setting up a brand new HP M***fnw. I tried to print a test but the machine gave a jam indication so I opened the paper drawer to check for a misfeed. There was none there so I tried to recluse the drawer and it remains open about *.* inches against a hard stop. I cannot see anything in the opening that would be blocking it. I did not want to exert force pressure since that might break the plastic. How to I get the paper drawer to shut.
