Dear HP, I recently submitted a complaint at the HP Pakistan local warranty Centre COMPSI regarding my HP Omen Laptop, still under warranty. Initially, the serial number was verified in your system, confirming the warranty's validity. However, after a week, I was informed that HP declined to replace my Laptop's LCD, citing that the LCD's serial number did not match their records, although the Laptop's serial TAG matched. It appears the LCD may have been replaced with one from a previously warranted laptop. When I submitted the claim, the local warranty team confirmed the Laptop had not been opened before and the warranty was valid. Now, I am informed the LCD has been previously replaced with one from an expired warranty laptop, according to HP's records. This discrepancy could be a mistake in HP's database or an issue breaching the customer's interests. I request swift replacement of my Laptop's LCD under warranty, as no breach or error occurred on my part. I contacted HP Support last night regarding the status of the 2nd round of repairs on my laptop under Service Order Number BNDN962901. Previously, it was repaired for a faulty power switch that needed a new motherboard. Although I received it back on November 9th, the issue of intermittent power shutdown persisted. After speaking with an HP technician on Sunday, November 11, [redacted], remote testing was done, and the laptop was sent back on November 13, [redacted], for further diagnostics. Upon checking last night, I was told there was a spill on the laptop, which I dispute, and the repairs wouldn't be covered by my current HP Care warranty, costing $[redacted]. I requested the laptop be returned as initially sent on 11/13/[redacted], declining further repairs unless covered by warranty. I'm seeking information on when I can expect the laptop back in the same condition it was shipped, along with the assigned FedEx Tracking Number.

I recently bought the HP Ink Tank Wireless [redacted] printer for Rs.13,[redacted], but unfortunately, I have encountered some serious issues. The printer is very slow in reading the material to be printed, taking excessive time between copies. The photo quality is extremely poor, barely visible when compared to prints from Epson and Canon printers. Even when printed on photo paper by your service person from Mysore, the quality remained subpar. I used to have the HP [redacted] printer with [redacted] cartridges, which served me well in the past. At this point, I am quite disappointed with the performance of the new printer and am seeking a replacement or refund as the service person was unable to resolve the issues.

Dear Sir/Madam, A few weeks ago, I received a black ink cartridge from your company. However, when I tried to replace the ink cartridge in my printer, an error message appeared saying, "insert the cartridge properly." Despite trying multiple times, I couldn't get it to work. I eventually borrowed a black ink cartridge from my daughter, who has the same printer as me. I kindly request that you send me a black ink cartridge promptly so I can return my daughter's cartridge to her. Please ensure that the new cartridge fits correctly in my printer. If needed, I can return the black cartridge that was originally sent to me but did not work in my printer. Could you please provide me with the return address? I placed an order for an HP DeskJet [redacted] All-In-One Printer on November 7, [redacted] through QVC, but I have yet to receive the printer. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out to QVC, they have informed me that only HP can assist. Unfortunately, HP has put the printer on backorder, causing frustration. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase from HP or QVC in the future. I am Mary T. from Iowa City, who prefers email communication. I am disappointed in the lack of resolution and long wait. Hello Team, I purchased an HP Pavillion dv6000 laptop in the USA before returning to India. Unfortunately, I have lost the COA sticker that had the Windows Genuine Product Key. Despite this, I managed to retrieve the original key that was pre-installed on my laptop. However, when I try to input the key, I receive the following error message. I have also included a link to the Microsoft community where I retrieved my product key. Microsoft Link: [redacted] Error Description: Code: 0xc004E003 Description: The Software Licensing Service reported that license evaluation failed. I would like assistance on how to correctly install the original product key to ensure I am using Genuine MS Windows 7, with the potential to upgrade to Windows 10 later if approved by Microsoft.

I own an HP ENVY [redacted] and I've had issues with the ink cartridges running out very quickly. Even after using 4 different inks to copy less than [redacted] pages, they didn't last as they should. One new tricolour ink cartridge ran out after only 10 pages of copying A4 maps. I've bought these inks from multiple stores, including HP Store, and have spent nearly £50 on new inks now. As a pensioner, this expense is not something I find amusing. My printer is only 18 months old, and while I like it aside from occasional connectivity issues, I can't keep buying costly inks that don't last. I'm considering switching to a printer with more cost-effective inks that actually perform as expected. I'm wondering if others have had similar problems or if I'm just unlucky with faulty goods from various sources. - Prue W.

I would like to alert everyone that Fastsupport is a scam. On November 26/27, we received a call from someone claiming to be from HP TECH support offering to help us set up our new HP DeskJet [redacted] printer. The installation failed, and they requested our number to provide further assistance. After asking what we believed to be legitimate questions, our computer was compromised by scammers. The system crashed, wiping out all our data. I believe HP should investigate to prevent this from happening to others. We are now trying to recover our lost information. It's distressing that these scams occur so easily. How did they gain access to our printer download? This is a serious issue for HP that requires immediate attention. Upon purchasing my two new HP printers (M402N & M426FDN) and a 26A cartridge, I was assured that I would receive instructions from HP for disposing of my old printers at Best Buy and exchanging a new 92A cartridge for a 26A at Staples. Unfortunately, I have not received any of this documentation despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter with HP Customer Service. I am eager for assistance from an English-speaking HP representative who can effectively address and resolve these outstanding issues.

I was looking to purchase two laptops for my daughters for Christmas. While setting them up with MS Office tools, I had some inquiries about different software bundles. I called the sales number and was connected with Jennifer. Unfortunately, she seemed uninformed about the software and suggested checking for product numbers on the HP site, even though they were not available. The most frustrating part was when she advised me to search on Google to find the necessary information. My concern was not the software content but the HP pricing system for it. Ironically, I am currently using a Dell laptop, as I bought one for my wife last Christmas after comparing it with HP. It seems HP's representative, Jennifer, unintentionally promoted Dell products instead. Well done, HP!

Dear Sir, I purchased an HP AIO [redacted] CN81R1G03T printer from M/s City Tech Marketing (MRT), Meerut with Invoice No-[redacted] dated August 14, [redacted]. Since the purchase, I have encountered numerous difficulties. Shortly after buying it, the printer became clogged. When we took it to your service center for repair, they mentioned that the printer head was faulty. This revelation surprised us, as the printer is new. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate with the service center's manager have been unsuccessful as he has not been receptive or understanding. I am Tressa Copeland/Avery, and I recently had a frustrating experience after ordering a laptop battery over the phone. Despite being transferred multiple times and spending hours on the call, I finally managed to place the order with a Supervisor. Unfortunately, when the package arrived via FedEx, it was empty without the battery and poorly sealed. I contacted FedEx and was given a case number - [redacted]. After speaking with Jason, I was advised to reach out to the HP Michigan chapter, but encountered difficulties in doing so. As a busy homeschooling parent of disabled children involved in community work, having a working laptop battery is essential for me and my family.

Good evening, I am Mr. Sumit Joshi from Dahod, Gujarat, and my case ID is [redacted]. The case was opened on 23rd November. Unfortunately, despite my regular calls to the HP toll-free number, I have not received any assistance from the customer service team or the service provider. Even though my laptop is under warranty, my complaint has not been addressed. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the lack of response and assistance. This level of customer service is disappointing, especially coming from a reputable brand like HP. It has been over a month and a half, and my issue remains unresolved. Hello, I have a laptop with Windows 7 that originally had Microsoft Office pre-installed with the product code on the bottom. I upgraded to Windows 10 and had to do a system reset. Now, on Windows 10, my MS Office is not working. When I tried to download MS Office [redacted] and entered my product key, I got an error stating it's software pre-installed by the manufacturer. I also tried Recovery Manager, but it's not opening and showing a 'HardDisk.dll not found' error. How can I reinstall MS Office on my laptop? Thank you, Jeremy

The system was running incredibly slow. 2. The space bar was malfunctioning. I was informed that the system's slowness has been addressed, but the space bar repair was not completed. I purchased an Officejet printer two months ago. Around a month back, the printer stopped connecting to my laptop for printing. I bought an HP Envy 13-ah0044tu [redacted] 13.3-inch Laptop from Paytm through AYR TECHNOLOGIES in Maharashtra for Rs. [redacted]. The product screenshot displays information regarding shipping, cancellation, and replacement policy. The image of the laptop shows scratch marks and damage, indicating it is not in new condition. According to the replacement policy, I am seeking a replacement due to receiving a damaged product, not an incorrect item. Failure to resolve this may result in legal action against PAYTM, HP, AYR Technologies, and their directors for misleading practices and selling damaged goods as new. As a customer who spent a significant amount, I expect to receive an undamaged product. I am giving a final notice for a replacement within 3 days to avoid legal consequences, including criminal complaints and consumer actions for reimbursement and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
