Hi,**I had given my HP Probook *** (Product Serial Number *CD****WSJ) at your Service center Near Vashi Railway Station, Navi Mumbai on November **, **** for the following two reasons:***. The system was awfully slow**. Malfunctioning of space bar **I received a call from the service center that the slowness of the system has been taken care of. However no repair of the space bar has been undertaken.**I would request you to take care of the Space Bar also which started malfunctioning a couple of months back and we had to press a bit harder for working on the lap top. As my laptop is under Warranty, I expect free replacement of the Space Bar * Key Board from HP.**Thank you,**Regards,**Dr Verma***********
