When I try to enter the HP Product *, the server will not take it. It erases what I put in before I have even finished. I have correct * because I allowed your application to search my computer to find it and it matched the * I got from looking on the computer. Your server is messed up. I am having a number of issues I need help with. Poor performance, constantly crashing (*** times a day).*constant touch pad problems, cannot update Windows ** (found out that Microsoft was having grave issues fixing **, and no one could update because of issues with MS code. If I cannot get these issues attended to I am going to return this product and get a computer with Linux installed.*Mark Pool
GetHuman-bluelacy did not yet indicate what HP should do to make this right.
New customer and I expected this to be a productivity tool. **% of time wasted dealing with laptop problems. And why am I expected to fix this thing myself. If I have a new car under warranty, I am not expected to fix it when it breaks. When did it become OK to sell defective products and expect customer to fix them?
Not up to me to fix a defective product!!! Lemon Law, if they cannot fix customer get money band plus damages.
