I have a HP ENVY **** & recently I have had to do a fair amount of copying but the inks do not appear up to the job and have barely lasted ***** copies each. I used * separate inks on copying less than *** pages of A* size. The tricolour has been worse I installed a new ink to copy ** pages of A* size maps *A-Z London* and the ink ran out on the ** page. The inks have been purchased from two different stores plus your own HP Store and I have just had to buy some more inks at nearly £** and I am sorry but I don't find this amusing and I want to know if other people have complained about this or am I just unlucky as I have never had this problem before. I am a pensioner and therefore the thought of spending all this money on a product that is not giving me the advised number of pages is not exactly ideal and the printer is barely ** months old and while I am loathed to get rid of it as it is a good printer, even if it does continually go off line, I shall seriously have to look for an alternative printer whose inks do not cost as much and better still, actually print out the advised number of pages because as I see it at the moment, the inks are not fit for purpose and I really can't keep on spending such money on a product that is not providing me with the level of requirement.*Have other people complained about this or am I really that unlucky and somehow have been unfortunate to purchase faulty goods from three different sources.*Yours*Prue Westbrook
