I have purchase a new HP Ink Tank Wireless *** printer for Rs.**,*** and the printer is a defective one as it takes lot of time to read the matter to be printed and if the first copy is printed and the second copy takes time to print and it may print or not. The photo taken in the mobile is not printed by the printer properly and it is not visible. The same photos are printed very clearly printed in Epson and Cannon printers. Your service person from Mysore visited our place and took prints of the same photos on photo paper and it is not visible properly and when taken on the plain paper nothing is visible as compared to Epson and Cannon printers. Now I feel that it is unfortunate that I have purchased HP printer. I request you to kindly replace or refund the defective NEW printer that I have purchased as it is not worth keeping the defective printer and the also the service person who visited is helpless to solve. Previously I was using your **** printer with *** cartridge now I kindly request you to kindly help me to replace the printer or refund the amount.
