I have an HP Envy **** and am enrolled in Instant Ink. I completely ran out of ink about * days ago and received new cartridges yesterday, which is too long to wait as I use my printer for business and it is the busy holiday season. In addition, with the previous cartridges, my printing was coming out streaky unless printing at maximum DPI - which takes an extremely long time and as you can imagine is cumbersome for my business. Once replacing the cartridges, I was able to print about ** pages without streaks before having to go back to printing at maximum DPI. With this plan, my cartridges should be replaced before I run out and should last more than ** pages before needing to be adjusted to print at high quality. I have wasted a large amount of supplies trying to navigate different solutions to the streaky printing, including projects on high quality art paper and other materials that have been botched by the print quality, in addition to wasting a lot of time waiting for maximum DPI printing when this shouldn't be necessary for basic full color printing.
GetHuman880703 did not yet indicate what HP should do to make this right.
