HP all in one **-r***se*Serial *CV****H*K*JOHN P STANDLEY***** Talismon Ln *Johnsburg IL ******Phone. ***-***-******My HP all in one was in for service under warranty last month (Case ***********)and was returned Fariday ** Oct by FedEx. Upon opening the box, I found the computer stand broken off from the computer (metal cracked off). I immediately filed a.claim.with FedEx ***********. The FedEx rep said my next step should be to call HP for resolution because NO would be Recipient of any claim damages. I called (HP case ***********) and talked to HP rep who only identified himself as Larry. After another hour or getting info and putting me on hold while he checked with the repair facility techs, I was told a new stand would be shipped to me in **-** hours. I asked if I could get an e-mail confirmation to this affect and was told of course, my supervisor knows of the problem and the repair facility will send a new stand out right away. TWO week later and I have no stand for a computer which is worthless without it, and I never received any email confirming a stand is on it's way as promised. Please advise on status of new stand for my computer.
A new computer stand sent out immediately so I can use my computer again.
