The issue in GetHuman-yugalpat's own words
Respected Sir,*I am a student of Computer Science Engineering from Birla Institute of Applied Sciences.I had bought a mouse Hp X**** series(*CH****PH) from PaytmMall through online shopping portal.The mouse stopped working within ** days of buying and I took it to Aforeserve Hp Authorized service center,Haldwani-****** (Uttrakhand) for replacement under warranty claim.They denied to give me warranty giving reason that SERIAL NO of product was not mentioned on receipt provided,I contacted PaytmMall and they emailed me a new receipt.Customer care took my product telling me they requested in Bangalore warehouse with CASE ID:AC****** and my product will get replaced in *-* days and also assured me of informing me to take it by call.I month passed nearly i received no call.Additionally I used to visit there regularly and they used to tell supplies are off nowadays , wait sometime,On ** July I came to know my request was rejected on ** June and I was not informed for it.Again i was told a new request is made wit CASE ID:AC****** so I need to wait.I waited and on ** July visited there to know status and I came to know a replaced model HP X**** wireless mouse came instead of HP X**** giving false reasons and telling you will not get HP X**** instead take it or go away.Hp Lucknow Manager told me I will sort your issue and no reply then.**I am old HP customer having Hp ***-G* notebook pc and Hp **-ac***TX notebook pc and a very good onsite service with it.*Now I ask Hp WHERE WILL I GET GOOD SERVICE in HP for my mouse?Sir I am very unhappy my summer vacations wasted out just in this matter.Please see my request and make my product replaced with HP X**** wireless mouse only.**Thank You,**Regards *-- *Yugal Pathak
