The scanner on my HP Envy **** e-All-in-One series doesn't work anymore* it's connected to my Mac computer. Scanner doesn't work using my HP Easy Scan download*app on my Mac* it says "Scanner Reported An Error: HP Envy **** *DEFB* is unavailable. Or, when I try to use the scan button on the **** it says "Scan Failed" & suggests that connections be checked. Several times I have turned off & unplugged the ****, pulled out the USB connection to my Mac & replugged everything again. Scanner still doesn't work. However, the printer works fine when either printing from my Mac or using the **** independent of my computer. HP **** serial * is CN*BM***QV. Please help! Thank you!
