my laptop mother board is gone bad, My technician said we cannot repair it also the last time I called in hp and they said the product is out of warranty and in order to diagnose it it cost *** and its better we buy a new laptop instead as the laptop is customized and part is no longer available, I have claimed with amex and they are requesting a repair estimate ,Again another rep tried helping me to generate a quote for the mother board but as it is not replaceable by customer she was not able to generate a quote. but she have an estimate of $****-**** comparing with similar products. What can be done on this as they want a repair estimate. It really doesn't make any sense to send **** for repair when the laptop was purchased for ****.
