I am trying for more than ** hours now to activate my HP Desk Jet Ink Advantage **** All in one printer. This happened after I have experience printer error messages which newer happened before e.g changing print mode from grey scale to color. I received an HP message to download new software for WIN**.*I went through all steps but when I had to Activate the printer on the HP Web site everything freezes and text appeared all over the screen. Have already forwarded print screen images via Support. I am very frustrated and would appreciate your prompt reaction
