Had some trouble resetting password (HAVE RESET many times before) and was allocated new id ************.*Tried to login on new id got message use original id.*Tried to reset password for original id and got message id not recognised.*Eventually got message saying i had * ids and here wasn't enough information to identify me.*Could someone cancel the ************ id.**i have been trying for weeks to login and have missed the deadline
