I am an agent for one sole trader who is VAT Registered but I myself do not have a UTR number and am not VAT Registered I have been put round the country with HMRC trying to find how I can get a UTR number and wondered if you can help me

GetHuman-patadam did not yet indicate what HMRC should do to make this right.
