Hi. I am currently trying to claim for my work related professional subscriptions. Each time I fill in the figures and submit claim it comes up with a message saying "sorry there is a problem with the service try again in a few minutes. We did not save your answers"*I have attempted to complete this quite a few times on my phone tablet and laptop and always receive the same message however it appears one of the years claims has gone through. It is very frustrating and I have wasted quite a bit of time as all the figures have to be resubmitted each time. Can you let me know how this problem can be solved?
