I was trying to get a copy of my National Insurance Number as I need it urgently as proof of document and the website crashed but gave me this reference number as I filled it out entirely but it would not let me have the form at the end to use. My reference is ASM******************** and I already know my National Insurance Number it is just a copy of it to send as proof of my NI number that I need urgently.
