Hi I received a tax assessment bill in February with demand for payment in March. I have been trying to call to advise i cannot afford this and request a payment plan but i cannot get through, waiting in queues for ages and even being disconnected. I tried to do online but i got the message "please call us, you may still be able to set up a payment plan over the phone, but you are not eligible for an online payment plan.*this is very frustrating as i now have a reminder and interest charge comments.*Please help to set up a payment plan
