I need to submit job retention scheme for my employees but I cannot remember login details. When I log in to our VAT account i can add another but i did put our payeee references if i am not mistaken this morning it said you will get an email but neither myself or my wife got any email when i tried again it says, "This information does not exist for PAYE for Employers, or it has already been used to request access to this tax or scheme. " what do i do, how do i get the user id and the password to login or add the payeee to our vat account?
