I am experiencing difficulties playing shows on my HBOGO streaming app, which I subscribe to through ATT Uverse. I have been a subscriber for over a year and typically watch on my Sony Android TV. About a month ago, the app stopped functioning properly. I can access the HBOGO home page and select a show, but when I try to play it, I receive an error message that prompts a restart. However, it doesn't restart as indicated. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as resetting the router, wireless access box, and ATT Uverse receiver, as well as reinstalling the HBOGO app multiple times. Unfortunately, the issue persists. Can anyone provide assistance with resolving this problem? Thank you. - Ed

Due to my disability and cognitive issues, I faced challenges adding HBOGO to my subscription. Despite my numerous attempts, I struggled to succeed. After reaching out to HBOGO via email and explaining my predicament, I was pleasantly surprised by their response. Despite their usual lack of telephone support, they recognized my struggles and went above and beyond by reaching out to me via phone to provide the much-needed assistance. The individual who assisted me was understanding and patient, guiding me through the process as though they were there with me in person.

Help with HBO Subscription Issue         9/14/20 I've been a long-time HBO subscriber and encountered an issue post their split from Dish. I transitioned to access HBO via Amazon Prime, given its convenience. However, upon reviewing my Amazon subscriptions recently, I discovered I inadvertently have two HBO subscriptions running concurrently. The first subscription began on 5/23/19 at $14.99 per month, with the next payment due on 9/30/20 after 15 payments. The second subscription commenced on 1/10/20 at the same rate, and the upcoming payment falls on 10/10/20 after 7 months. I believe this may have been a mistake on my end, but I cannot afford both subscriptions. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,Joseph H.
