I've been using HRB tax software for years. I noticed the switch to downloading the software instead of using discs. I have older year discs in case I need to review my tax return for an IRS audit. I know I can buy the current year's disc for $10. However, I'm wondering if it's possible to purchase discs or download previous years' software. This would be helpful in case of an audit with a new computer not having the HRB software. Thank you, R. Rolando

I am seeking the email contact for H&R Block in Acton, MA located at [redacted] Great Road. Email communication is preferred as I only accept texts, not phone calls. Despite speaking with an administrator who promised to connect me with a suitable tax preparer, I have not yet received any email correspondence. I am patient and don't require an immediate response, but I would appreciate receiving the email information and being informed of when I can expect to hear back from them.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my account involving a canceled card. Although I received my new Emerald card, I checked my transaction history and found a discrepancy. The funds were taken off by my old card ending in [redacted], which I had canceled two days ago. I have not used the card recently before the unauthorized deduction. The card has been in my possession, and there's no way someone could have used it. The transaction history shows a $[redacted] deduction, but my balance should have been $[redacted] as per the text I received.

I have the H&R Block ULTRA tax program, which allows installation on 3 computers. My account shows it's installed on two computers, but it's actually on just one—my HP Pavilion. I recently got a new HP all-in-one desktop and want to switch the program to this computer since my old one is failing. How can I transfer the [redacted] H&R Block program to my new computer? Also, I'm unsure why my account displays it's on two computers when it's only on one.

I am currently logged into my online account and trying to access a copy of my [redacted] tax return. When I navigate to the "previous years" section under the "taxes" tab and select [redacted], I am only able to see a summary of the return with the refunded amount from that year. The page advises me to click on "download return" to view the document, but unfortunately, I cannot locate this option on the page. If it's present and I'm overlooking it, kindly direct me to its location. Alternatively, if the "download return" button is missing, please provide guidance on how I can obtain a copy of my [redacted] tax return through an alternate method.

I am requesting a duplicate email verifying my payment made on December 21, [redacted], at 1:21 p.m. for "Deluxe plus State", amounting to $32.57, billed to my credit card ending in [redacted], which should have a download link. I am unable to find the initial email with the download link despite thorough searches, including the junk mail folder. I tried contacting customer service but got disconnected twice, which has left me frustrated. This is unusual for me as I have never experienced such issues with H&R Block before. I used the information from a mailer you sent to purchase the product with a $15 discount. I have been trying to resolve this for two days now and require urgent assistance. Thank you.

I recently did my taxes but faced a challenge. I relocated from Victoria, BC to Regina, temporarily faced homelessness, and relied on welfare due to false accusations from my aunt. My tax filing has been delayed for almost a year now. I have not received GST payments for nearly a year. I've been a loyal customer of the Premium & Business Program for 25 years. When I tried to use the discount code 3JRY-FRJ during checkout, it said the code was invalid. I'm seeking a refund of the $15 associated with this code. Please confirm the refund via the email on my account. I've spent 2 hours trying to resolve this issue, only to be transferred between departments without receiving any answers from software support and even getting hung up on. This level of service is frustrating and disappointing from a company I've been with since it was known as Kiplinger tax program. I look forward to a prompt response and confirmation that reflects the poor customer service I've experienced.

I recently purchased the Deluxe + State at Office Max this year, but there was no disk included in the package. I attempted to activate my software by visiting activate.hrblock.com/CRJ but couldn't locate the activation space. I then called the [redacted] number and spent 48 minutes navigating through automated questions before speaking to a live representative. Unfortunately, they informed me that my activation code RUHTN-FTKCD was invalid and couldn't find my information even after providing my name, address, and email. I've been using HRBlock software flawlessly since [redacted], so this sudden issue is frustrating. Despite dedicating another hour last night for a resolution, I encountered the same problems. As a dedicated customer of H&R Block for many years, I recently received an email on November 1, [redacted], regarding the upcoming renewal of my tax software subscription for $51.97 plus tax. Surprisingly, I haven't received any further confirmation on this charge. When inquiring with Customer Service, I was informed I needed to repurchase the software at the current rate and was unable to receive the discounted price offered for auto-renewal. During attempts to escalate the matter to a manager, I was met with a high call volume message and advised to call back later. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied with the customer service at H&R Block. I would like to find a resolution to this issue and continue using H&R Block, but this level of service is unacceptable from a company I have been loyal to for so long. I am eager to hear how this situation will be addressed.

I had a concerning experience with H&R Block regarding errors on my tax return information for electronic withdrawals to the IRS, leading to stress and multiple trips to their offices in Houston. When I couldn't provide my account's routing number, they were unhelpful. This resulted in the IRS being unable to access my account later on. H&R Block transitioned from Axos Bank to MetaBank in March [redacted], coinciding with my experience of ending up with two different routing and deposit accounts. After filing my taxes at the end of February, most of my funds from a $15,[redacted] refund were stolen. I've been trying to get assistance for almost 13 months now without a resolution. Despite numerous attempts to contact H&R Block, the lack of accountability and support has led to ongoing frustrations. I urgently need to speak with an American representative to recover my stolen funds and address the chaos caused by H&R Block's actions, which have also made me a victim of identity theft. This situation needs immediate attention and a transparent resolution.

I completed my federal return, as well as New Mexico and Oklahoma state returns using the deluxe product on your website. The federal return was successfully e-filed and accepted. However, the New Mexico return cannot be e-filed, and the Oklahoma return was initially rejected on your site. It now indicates that I need to mail my returns instead. Despite both state tax sites accepting electronic returns, H&R Block claims they do not. I prefer e-filing to avoid the slow and painful process of sending returns by mail. Can you please advise me on how to proceed with getting these state returns filed promptly? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with the Virginia state section of the premium business tax software. Following the H&R Block instructions, I downloaded the state software. However, upon attempting to navigate to the state tab, an error message prompts me to close the program. Despite contacting H&R Block for assistance, the initial representative was ineffective in resolving the issue. After being promised a callback that never came, I followed up with the case number [redacted]5 only to find out it had been closed. Subsequent attempts to address the problem have yet to yield a solution, with the recent representative promising to forward the case to the appropriate department. Given my long-standing use of H&R Block software and recurring issues with the business segment for the past two years, I decided to test Turbo Tax as an alternative. Fortunately, Turbo Tax successfully downloaded the Virginia software, allowing smooth data input. I kindly request help in resolving this matter and may be reached at [redacted] for callbacks. I was reviewing my [redacted] taxes prepared by H&R Block and noticed that the direct deposit information for my refund does not match what I submitted online. Despite providing my account details twice during the filing process, the direct deposit information on my return is unfamiliar to me. Also, the second page of my tax return labeled "[redacted] refund transfer info" shows that my [redacted] refund was sent to my Cash App account, which is incorrect as it should have gone to my NetSpend account. I had to amend my [redacted] return after originally receiving the refund, and the IRS website confirms they received it but haven't processed it yet. This has left me quite confused about the discrepancies in the information.

I have been using the H&R Block Deluxe and State software for over ten years to file my [redacted] taxes. I recently encountered an accuracy review error related to a social security worksheet that required an update. Despite updating the program on February 3rd, the error persists. My spouse receives social security disability, and I am eligible for social security benefits but have not yet claimed them. I had previous update problems with the child tax credit, which were only resolved with a recent update. These issues are new to me, and I suspect they may be due to filing earlier than usual. I typically e-file in early February using HRBlock software for a decade. I've encountered an issue this year with Deluxe-file-software download. Completing my return, I'm instructed to wait until February 3rd for an update. After downloading it, I'm now informed to wait until February 7th for another update. I've been unable to get assistance and need urgent answers.

I e-filed my [redacted] tax return last year using H&R Block online. I reported my unemployment benefits on that return and now I have received a notice from the Virginia Department of Taxation. They claim a deduction was made on the unemployment benefits that were not taxable in Virginia. After discussing this with a representative from the tax department, I was informed that the oversight occurred because H&R Block's software at the time failed to catch the error. I was advised to contact H&R Block for resolution. According to the representative, if the software had been updated correctly, I would have been alerted to exclude the unemployment benefits. I am attempting to connect with the appropriate individual to address this issue. I have been transferred between departments, assured of callbacks that never occurred, and I remain without a solution so far.
