My tax pro sent me an email that read I have a secure message to review in the secure online message center. I log into my account from the link on the email and I cannot find the online message center anywhere on the website. Where is it? How can I read the message from my tax pro? The H&R website is very vague.

GetHuman-aleipzig did not yet indicate what H&R Block should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-aleipzig fixed the problem
I ended up calling and actually getting through to a person in customer service AND contacted my CPA through is email (not the H&R Block message center). They both knew of my problem and somehow * hours later, i logged in on my phone app and my CPA's messages came through. Then the next day I was able to see the messages on my desktop.
