not be charged twice? ... I recently bought NM state tax software. I was downloading an update after the purchase started so the screen instructions told me to complete the purchase after the update. so I did that and completed my taxes no problem, I have used your software for years.*I then check my bank and it shows * purchase confirmations *MKTC-RVFHP AND CDEJJ-W*K**. Obviously I was double charged and one of these purchases needs to drop off since it is also obvious I dont need two versions of NM state tax software. *Jay Johnston*Sandia labs FCU card*****, amount $**.**.
