The issue in GetHuman-budnew's own words
I have H&R Block **** deluxe fed & state installed on external drive. When I go into the program, it says I have a ******* federal update. I select update. It updates the federal w*o any error messages & goes into the program. I quit the program & select it again. I get the message that i have ******* federal update again. I do not have HRBock*deluxe-state-DL.exe file. I did pay for the extended download. What do I need to do to correct this problem?
