I'm disgusted with Block customer support. You NEVER responded to my case that was opened almost a year ago. I have tried numerous times to reach you by phone, but every time have been disconnected--AFTER A VERY LONG WAIT--before being transferred to the necessary higher level of support. It happened again today after my wasting nearly an hour on hold!**My case number is *******. At this point I would be satisfied if you (instead of a refund) provided me with a complimentary download of your **** Deluxe * State software for the MAC.**Here is what you sent to me in an email on March *, ****:*"From: CustomerS*****@***.com*Subject: Case ******* - H&R Block Product Support Case Status*Date: March *, **** at *:**:** PM PST*To: *****@***.com**Dear Alexander, **You recently contacted H&R Block Product Support with a question that requires additional research. We appreciate your business.** Sincerely, **H&R Block Product Support Team"**I NEVER did receive ANY further contact from Block, by email, phone or in any other way. This is absolutely TERRIBLE customer support.
