I am an investor with NTG Enterprises at McDonald's in Savannah, GA, and with Apple Inc. located at One Apple Parkway in Cupertino, CA. I am interested in receiving a portion of my investment returns to address my financial needs. The funds can be returned to my account with H&R Block and Axos Bank. I hold a CPA certification and have the necessary authorization for this transaction using the IRS DCN Submission ID 94-[redacted]. I am interested in knowing the quarterly refund amount for my own records. I prefer to have the card sent to me for security purposes. As for personal preferences, I enjoy Kellogg's Fruit Loops. I require access to my bank account for various financial obligations. Could you assist me in obtaining my investment refund documents? My name is Kevin Jerome Paul Jr., and I am 28 years old. I have received an IRS letter stating that I owe additional taxes for [redacted]. I used H&R Block software to file my taxes, but it appears there is an issue with how the software reported my IRA distributions and qualified charitable distribution (QCD). Line 4A of the [redacted] form asks for pension, IRA distributions, etc. The software only included the IRA required minimum distribution (RMD) amount and noted the QCD correctly. However, the IRS is proposing a tax increase due to not recognizing the QCD amount. Even though line 4B, which is the taxable amount, is accurate with the RMD and pension amounts minus the QCD, the IRS sees it differently. I tried to get assistance from H&R Block, but was advised to visit an office and pay for help.

I received an activation email on 11/10/[redacted] for my [redacted] Deluxe Federal and State software. However, the DOWNLOAD PROGRAM button was unresponsive despite several attempts. A few days later, I tried again and the button worked, but I received a message stating I had already used up all 6 downloads, even though I haven't downloaded the software once. Please resend the activation email. My activation code is UTCRU-4NRUW. I've spent more time on this issue than doing my taxes, including 5 unsuccessful calls to [redacted]. I also reached out to a local franchise and emailed [redacted] without a response. My last phone attempt had me waiting for 1 hour and 5 minutes before the call disconnected. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Please resend the activation email. Thank you.

I bought HR Block's [redacted] California state software but couldn't install it on my computer because I didn't have the federal version, as I had already filed my federal taxes with HR Block online in [redacted]. I would like a refund or the option to exchange it for the federal and state package. Thank you for your help.

My federal tax return was stolen and cashed by Bank of America. This has been an ongoing issue since April 1st. I requested a replacement check. Initially, I was informed I needed to wait 60 days, which I did. After contacting them again, I was notified the check had already been cashed. Following their instructions, I was told to wait an additional 90 days. Now, it has been over 90 days with no resolution. Despite numerous calls, I have faced challenges with H&R employees hanging up on me and being unhelpful. When requesting a claim number, I was informed there wasn't one. The bank claims they need a claim number to investigate but I am at a loss as I was not provided with one. I am unsure of the next step to take.

I am currently dealing with an audit on my Wisconsin [redacted] taxes. H&R Block failed to include my municipal bond interest, totaling $2,[redacted]. The New Carlisle, OH office had the required mask and social distancing sign. My wife and I arrived at 11 a.m on Tuesday, December 8, [redacted], wearing masks. Inside, there was only one person present who did not wear a mask or introduce himself. When asked to wear one, he complied with hesitation, allowing it to slip down at times as he coughed. We maintained distance as he completed paperwork. As a 70-year-old, I consider his behavior unprofessional and inappropriate. This individual should not represent H&R Block.

I utilized your online tax service to submit my federal and state tax returns for [redacted]. Although both returns were e-filed, my state claims they have not received it. The state representative specified they require the submission number indicating the acceptance of the return, which I had in an email but cannot locate. How can I obtain this number to assist in locating my return? This number is crucial for me to qualify for the additional credit grant provided by the state for parents with children under 16 at the close of [redacted].

On November 7, [redacted], I received an email offering H&R Block Premium Software for $44.95, which I have used for the last two years. I am unsure if my wife placed the order. I am looking to confirm if the order was processed under my name, Malcolm O. If the order was not placed, I am interested in purchasing it now.

I pre-ordered the H&R Block software in October. I was informed that I would receive an email with the download link on November 9. However, I have not received the email yet and need the link to download the software. Today, I spent 50 minutes on hold trying to resolve this issue. The first agent I spoke to was unable to help, so I was transferred to another agent who intended to transfer me back to the same number. After waiting for 5 or 6 minutes, I realized she had hung up. I am very frustrated as all I need is the download link. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I submitted my stimulus application while I was incarcerated. My name is Michael J Lopez, and my inmate number is #[redacted]1. I have been released recently and am wondering how I can track the stimulus check. I used the address of the old Luther unit in Navasota, TX, where I was located. I contacted the tax office on Monday to inquire about my refund. A representative mentioned they would call back. After no response, I called again on Wednesday the 15th. They mentioned a representative from Marshall would call me, yet I have not received any calls. The first lady I spoke to earlier did not mention any charges, but a second lady indicated a $29 fee. Although I am willing to pay, I am concerned about the lack of clarity regarding my refund status. I also received an email from H&R Block confirming that the IRS has accepted my e-file.

I recently received software to file my [redacted] taxes from H&R Block. When I tried to access the website listed on the box, GetHRBlock.com/AQUA, I couldn't find it. I then visited another H&R Block site to redeem a coupon code for a $10 discount, but the code was invalid. This has been the second year in a row that I've had trouble with the one-time code being deemed invalid. It's frustrating to face such issues when all I want to do is file my taxes using H&R Block software like I have in previous years. I bought H&R Block Fed + 1 State Download on December 12, [redacted]. The download was successful, but I can't install the program on my PC where I did my [redacted] taxes. My PC runs Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version [redacted].[redacted]. I've tried various solutions on your site, but nothing works. Whenever I click on the install button, the program doesn't proceed to ask for the verification code. I have attempted to download it multiple times daily since the purchase. The long wait times when calling customer service are frustrating. I've been using your software smoothly for five years until now. Please assist me in fixing this issue or provide a refund. I filed my [redacted] tax return on Form [redacted] S-R and later received a letter from the IRS stating they hadn't received my return. Despite paying the $[redacted] I owed with a cleared check dated April 6, [redacted], I mailed my return on March 31, [redacted]. It seems the IRS misplaced my return after separating it from the check. This error has caused significant trouble with my stimulus payment and Social Security. The IRS doesn't want me to resubmit my [redacted] tax return. I have a copy of the original return to send, but I'm unsure if they will accept it and where I should send it.

While installing my software, I mistakenly selected auto-renewal, which I do not want. I contacted the number provided in the email but only received advertisements. After waiting on the line for 20 minutes, I decided to hang up. I then reached out to customer service but have been waiting for over an hour after a 40-minute estimated wait time. When I attempted to file a complaint online, I was informed I was already registered and needed to log in. Despite my attempts, logging in has been unsuccessful thus far.

I have an Emerald Card that I used for my taxes and stimulus payments. It worked fine for the last stimulus, but when I called today, I was informed that the card is now restricted and canceled due to changes at H&R Block. I need to visit an office to get a new card, but they did not specify which office. I am unsure about how I will receive my stimulus now that the card has been canceled without any prior notification. I am quite disappointed by this situation.

On Friday, I visited an H&R Block office to have my Emerald Card re-issued, but encountered issues with the process due to a bank switch. I've been attempting to reach customer service for 2 hours now. During my 5 years with H and R, while AXOS BANK managed the accounts, I never encountered this issue. However, the transition to "meta bank" has not been smooth. Many hardworking individuals and families have suffered emotionally and financially in the past due to questionable tactics. Meta bank seems unable to handle calls today, unlike AXOS, which quickly addressed inquiries within 3 to 5 minutes. It appears like a tactic for Meta to profit from customers' stimulus payments.
