Filed, first time, with H&R block, checked status of my state return. State website said that the amount had been redeemed on February *th. I waited the three days and didn't see a deposit in my account or through my Emerald card. I contacted the person who had prepared my taxes. She spent several days checking into the issue. Again we waited a few days, after contacting my financial institution, no luck with any deposit. My tax preparer checked with her supervisor who was not very helpful in getting the situation resolved. The situation is still not resolved, and no deposit has been made to either account. Contacted the state of Colorado, my financial institution, my tax preparer on multiple occasion who was in contact with her supervisor, contacted Axos bank who shows no deposits. I am not sure what the next step is and would like some additional help.
