My rep called in sick today, I was not called nor notified of this change prior to my appointment. Arrived at appointment *min early, not told that *: my rep was changed, *: the appointment before me had issues and would be running late. *: person said I was checked in and she would be with me in a few minutes. *. Receptionist came back in from outside, said nothing, didn't ask after I had been waiting over **min for my ** am appointment. Receptionist was the playing on her phone for majority of this time. When I asked if I needed to reschedule there was significant confusion on her part as to that I had not been notified of the changes*issues etc. Then after **min was offered to change appointment. **Very, very disappointed in customer service. No one called, texted nor emailed that there were any issues.
