I have a repayment plan with the IRS, however the account that it draws from monthly is no longer in use. I cannot change the account to a new one online. I called the IRS and they advised me to fill out a form and mail it in. The form is incredibly hard to fill out, I was wondering if you offer a service to help me fill out the form, even if I have to pay to have it filled out. I don't want to get behind on my repayment.
