The issue in GetHuman-giu_'s own words
Today i went to Centro Sarca from Sesto San Giovanni. I work as a sales assistant in another store of that Mall.I had a look around and pickup an hair accessory,then watch for some t-shirts e decide to buy the t-shirts but the hair accessories no more. I pay my thing ,then a guardian followed me asked me to show him the bag actually there was all and demand about hair accessories. I show him I put them back because I didn't want to buy anymore. Ask for the manager,she came and I explained her the situation. She said I have to pay it anyway even if I don't want it .I asked to see the video where they seen I took of the price but they said is impossible. So they oblige me to buy something I didn't wanted.Actually they found even the price I'We losted .This guardian said because I'm a foreigner so maybe I was intended to still that accessories. I am very angry,I always buy from HM buy but this is a very offensive way to treat the clients,I guess I will never go again in a place like this.Thak you if you answer me.
