I made a return on October *, **** that was * separate transactions. I only received a refund for * of the * transactions. I called customer service on Monday, October **th and a claim was processed manually. I was supposed to hear back from the Billing department via email and then a refund was going to be issued thereafter (*-* days). I have not received an email from the Billing department. I just want to ensure that this claim is being processed. Please advise.
