I purchased item ********* on **** and payment was sent via USPS money order on **** when the seller supplied shipping costs. The seller has re-listed the item at a higher price (*********) and will not respond to my attempts to reach him. I'm not familiar with all your rules, but I am fairly certain that selling the same item more than once would constitute committing a breach of contract, and*or fraud and theft, and certainly breaks at least one of them. Please remove the new listing (*********) for the item I purchased until this matter is resolved by the seller.
